In the field of electronic information, the development of a new generation of carbon-based chips based on graphene with faster speed and lower power consumption has been researched and developed to address the bottleneck problems of China's chip technology. This breakthrough aims to break the foreign monopoly of existing silicon-based chip technology and establish a completely independent carbon-based chip technology system, leading the new track of the chip industry and taking the initiative in future technology competition.
